Superintendent - Stamford
This role presents the opportunity to oversee the successful delivery of commercial projects in one of Connecticut's fastest-growing markets. As the on-site leader, you'll coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Description
Direct daily on-site operations for commercial projects.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and trades to meet deadlines.
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company standards.
Review project drawings and specifications to resolve issues.
Track project progress, schedules, and budgets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and project managers.
Profile
The ideal Superintendent is a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic construction environments. They have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, while maintaining strong client relationships and enforcing the highest safety and quality standards. This person is organized, adaptable, and skilled at motivating teams toward a common goal.
5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.
Interiors experience preferred.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple trades and complex schedules.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
