Description

• Direct daily on-site operations for commercial projects.

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and trades to meet deadlines.

• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company standards.

• Review project drawings and specifications to resolve issues.

• Track project progress, schedules, and budgets.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and project managers.

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.

• Interiors experience preferred.

• OSHA 30 certification required.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple trades and complex schedules.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
