Description

The Superintendent - Growing GC - South Shore will be responsible for:

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee superior craftsmanship.
• Foster a culture of safety, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and costs.

Profile

The Superintendent - Growing GC - South Shore should have:

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in both commerical and multifamily sectors
• MA CSL (REQUIRED)
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
