Project Manager - Multifamily - Los Angeles
Responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.

Los Angeles based multifamily and mixed-use real estate investment, development, and management company focused on high quality, infill and suburban real estate in California and Western United States.
Description
- Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Resource Management: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the project. Manage and allocate resources efficiently.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction activities meet or exceed the required quality standards and comply with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to the project and implement strategies to mitigate them. Address issues as they arise to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and ensure the project stays within the approved budget.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct project staff, subcontractors, and laborers. Provide guidance and resolve conflicts to maintain a productive work environment.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project's life cycle.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, progress reports, and financial documentation.
Profile
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management software, and budgeting techniques.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Relevant educational qualifications (e.g., a degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture) and industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are often preferred.
- Relevant multifamily experience
