A full-service general contracting and construction management firm, the client delivers a wide range of projects, from residential to corporate and healthcare facilities, across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. They are known for sustainable construction practices and a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Description
- Manage day-to-day site operations for a brownstone project in Brooklyn.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with building codes.
- Monitor project progress, report updates, and resolve any on-site issues.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Profile
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing residential and brownstone construction. They are detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing multiple aspects of site management. Familiarity with Procore is a plus but not required.
