Project Manager - Electromechanical - Nashville, TN
I am looking for a highly technical and experienced Project Manager to join my client's Engineering & Manufacturing team in the electromechanical industry near Nashville, TN. You should be well-versed in electrical engineering, project management methodologies, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for operational efficiency.

Description
Reporting Directly into the PMO Department Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

Profile
A successful Project Manager will have:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree will be considered
- 3-5 years of proven work experience in project management in the electrical engineering industry.
- Cable harness project/design experience.
- Leadership skills that can be applied to effective cross functional team collaboration.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to travel internationally frequently.
