Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a variety of commercial interior and base building projects across the DMV area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met.

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor forces.

• Maintain quality control and enforce safety regulations.

• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Solve on-site challenges and provide leadership to ensure timely project delivery.

Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent role within commercial construction.
• Project Expertise: Healthcare, SCIF, commercial interiors, and base building projects.
• Location Flexibility: Comfortable commuting within the Baltimore area and across the DMV.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Commitment to Excellence: Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
