Diversity & Inclusion Manager - Construction Firm - Bridgewater MA - Responsibilities:
- Host networking events for MBE/WBE/Section 3 Trade Partners
- Manage the Diversity and Inclusion Program, as well as the associated goals and commitments
- Stay abreast of new and current trends by attending industry programs and representing the team within the community, as well as at business functions and events
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement pursuits and activities/events
- Oversee compliance and reporting deliverables relating to diversity and inclusion
- Provide Senior Leadership with insight and suggested changes that can be made to provide a more supportive and equitable work environment to build a more diverse trade contractor base
Profile
Diversity & Inclusion Manager - Construction Firm - Bridgewater MA - Qualifications:
- 4+ years related experience in a similar role within the Architecture, Engineering or Construction Industry
- Experience implementing MBE/WBE/Section 3 Trade Partner Programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Certified Payroll Reporting and Auditing
- Bachelors degree preferred
Job Offer
