Description

As the Assistant Superintendent, reporting to the site leadership team, you will support daily field operations across large multifamily projects.

• Assist with onsite coordination, subcontractor oversight, and quality control
• Support scheduling, site safety, and progress reporting
• Maintain documentation and assist with Procore input
• Communicate with internal teams and subcontractors to drive daily progress
• Support project delivery on time, on budget, and to spec

Profile

For the Assistant Superintendent we are seeking:

• Experience supporting ground‑up multifamily projects (renovation experience acceptable for early‑career)
• Texas construction experience
• Stable employment tenure (minimum 2-3 years per role)
• Strong computer literacy; degree preferred
• Procore experience beneficial
