Design Engineer - Industrial Manufacturing - Keene, NH
The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing production assembly equipment to support high-volume manufacturing. This role includes creating layouts, engineering drawings, and pneumatic systems while assisting with prototype builds and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment meets performance and quality standards.

Description
The Design Engineer will:
- Develop conceptual layouts for production assembly equipment.
- Create detailed engineering drawings from conceptual designs.
- Design pneumatic control systems for assembly machinery.
- Process engineering change orders for existing equipment.
- Assemble and test prototype production assembly equipment.
- Troubleshoot and debug production assembly equipment.
- Provide technical support to production departments and other facilities.
- Select and specify mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components for equipment.
Profile
A successful Design Engineer should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Hands-on experience with assembly equipment design and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems and mechanical components preferred.

- Competitive salary between $75000 and $100000 USD annually.
