Description

The Senior MEP Project Manager - Top 30 ENR GC will be responsible for:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary owner and design‑team liaison.
• Oversee project budget, cost control, forecasting, and change management to meet profitability goals.
• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule, coordinating closely with field leadership.
• Negotiate and manage major subcontracts, procurement, and contract compliance.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes and specifications.
• Manage, mentor, and develop project teams including PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and support future business opportunities.

Profile

The Senior MEP Project Manager - Top 30 ENR GC should have the following:

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience
• Data Center project experience is required - if not, then needs to have complex, large-scale projects
• Demonstrated success overseeing multimillion‑dollar portfolios.
• Strong financial, contractual, and operational understanding of general construction.
• Excellent communication skills with proven client‑facing experience.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
