Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Preparing and managing project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
