Corporate Governance Paralegal
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee internal corporate governance programs and processes. This role includes managing corporate policies, filings, intellectual property, insurance policies, legal service strategies, and other assigned tasks. The individual will ensure compliance while providing pragmatic legal and business solutions that align with organizational goals.

Their team includes experienced professionals with deep expertise in regulatory requirements and compliance strategies.
Description
- Lead the corporate governance program, becoming a subject matter expert in policies, procedures, and controls.
- Develop, implement, and oversee corporate policies and procedures.
- Manage corporate books, records, and filings.
- Maintain the intellectual property roster and oversee trademark applications.
- Act as a liaison between insurance brokers and management.
- Monitor legal service process strategies and ongoing litigation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on corporate governance matters.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects to support internal initiatives.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate governance.
