Construction Superintendent - Long Island, NYC
The Public Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage large-scale ground-up or commercial public construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety compliance. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and liaise with stakeholders to meet project goals.

Description
Supervise day-to-day construction activities on public projects
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams

Communicate progress and issues with clients, engineers, and stakeholders
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of proven experience managing ground-up or commercial public construction projects, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of safety and quality standards in public construction.
