As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day to day operations of a manufacturing facility in a growing organization. You will drive operational efficiency, encourage teamwork and collaboration, and oversee broad P&L responsibilities.

Description

As the Operations Manager:

• Drive efficient production processes
• Align organizational goals with KPI's
• Develop operational strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Lean operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead a team of engineers and production personnel

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline, business, supply chain, or operations
• MBA is preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience of leading high performing teams
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement
• Experience with tracking expenses and budgeting
