- Oversee multiple high-end custom home projects ($1M-$7M) from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting to ensure profitability
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and trades to deliver top-quality results
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring strong communication and trust
- Uphold the company's reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout all phases of construction

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of experience managing luxury residential/custom home projects ($1M+; ideally $2M+)
- Proven ability to oversee all aspects of high-end construction, from budgeting and scheduling to client management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with clients, architects, vendors, and trades
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost tracking, forecasting, and maintaining profitability
- Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and delivering projects of the highest quality
