We are representing a leading U.S. general contractor seeking a General Superintendent to oversee large-scale data center projects nationwide, starting with an assignment in Iowa. Description

As General Superintendent, you'll be the lead field operations leader on complex mission-critical projects ranging from $150 Million to $1 Billion+. You'll manage all field activities, subcontractors, safety programs, schedules, and ensure delivery of the highest quality product on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct on-site construction teams and subcontractors

• Oversee daily operations with an emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule

• Coordinate with project management, clients, and consultants

• Drive excellence in field execution on complex technical projects

• Mentor and develop field staff and trade partners

• Ensure compliance with corporate safety and QA/QC programs

Profile

• Leadership on large-scale commercial/mission-critical/data center projects

• Proven track record as a General Superintendent on $150M+ projects

• Experience with fast-paced, complex construction environments

• Strong technical understanding of building systems, MEP, and envelope

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel and work on nationwide assignments

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $300,000 - $350,000
