Senior Legal Counsel - Tech Transactions & IP
The Senior Legal Counsel will manage technology-related legal matters, including intellectual property and complex agreements, for a leading financial services organization.

Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex tech transactions and intellectual property agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice on technology-related matters to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage legal risks associated with technology procurement and licensing agreements.
- Advise on intellectual property strategies and protection of proprietary technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in technology and financial services.
- Support the resolution of disputes related to technology agreements.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for technology transactions.

Profile
- JD with excellent academic credentials.
- Extensive knowledge in tech transactions and intellectual property.
- Experience working in-house or at a law firm handling technology-related legal matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
