Description

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in molding or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality systems.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
