Process Engineer - Manufacturing - Nashua, NH
You'll support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot processing issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with technicians, engineers, and quality teams to ensure smooth production and compliance with industry standards.
Client Details
A well-established engineering materials manufacturer specializing in thermal management and shielding solutions for mission-critical applications. The Hudson, NH facility employs approximately 70 people and plays a key role in serving aerospace and defense sector.
Description
- Support production floor and resolve processing challenges.
- Manage PPAPs, APQP, and PFMEAs.
- Lead Kaizen events and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with quality teams on compliance and issue resolution.
- Work with CAD tools and engineering documentation.

Profile
A successful Process Engineer should have:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-4+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- CAD proficiency; military background is a plus.
- Aerospace experience is a plus
