Description

• Mid-Level/ Senior Associate Real Estate Transactions:

  • Offer comprehensive legal advice to clients on predominantly New York commercial real estate transactions
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts to protect the interests of clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise effective client transactions strategies.
  • Uphold the firm's values of integrity, professionalism, and client service.
  • Varied commercial real estate transaction and wider legal counsel work.

Profile

The successful 'Mid-Level/ Senior Associate should have:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in the state of New York (in good standing).
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transaction and lease work.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to customer service.

Job Offer
