Description

• Oversee and ensure accuracy in operational accounting processes, including inventory accounting and cost analysis.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and company policies to ensure financial integrity.
• Analyze variances and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Support the year-end audit process and prepare documentation as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide financial guidance to operations teams to drive cost optimization and profitability.

Profile

A successful Operations Accountant should have:

• Strong knowledge of operational accounting principles in manufacturing environments
• Inventory and Costing
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate effectively.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
