Our client is one of New England's premier custom home builders! They specialize in luxury, high-end residential projects. Mostly ground up new homes, as well as renovations, and additions. Projects range from 8,000 to 42,000 SF (up to $45M in value). Additionally, they have a strong employee retention rate and offer a collaborative environment.

Description

The Construction Superintendent - High-end Residential Projects key responsibilities include:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the job site to ensure quality control and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material tracking.
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
• Lead job site meetings with subcontractors, tradespeople, and stakeholders to review schedules and work plans

Profile

The Construction Superintendent - High-end Residential Projects will have the following skills

• A degree in Construction Management or similar field preferred but not required
• 3+ year of field experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Experience with Procore required
• Ability to analyze and revise internal processes to improve efficiency
• Detail oriented
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
