Superintendent- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead complex healthcare construction projects across Miami and South Florida. This role is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation in South Florida's healthcare construction market. They specialize in complex, occupied-campus and active-facility projects, delivering hospitals, medical office buildings, and specialty healthcare facilities for major healthcare systems and private providers.
Description
Manage all daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries.
Enforce strict safety, quality, and compliance standards in active healthcare environments.
Maintain project schedules and drive productivity to meet aggressive timelines.
Lead onsite meetings with project managers, inspectors, and client stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and life safety requirements.
Track progress, report milestones, and proactively resolve field issues.
Profile
7+ years of Superintendent experience with a focus on healthcare construction projects.
Proven background working on hospitals, medical centers, or occupied healthcare facilities in South Florida.
Strong knowledge of healthcare codes, AHCA requirements, infection control, and life safety systems.
Ability to lead large field teams and multiple subcontractor trades.
Excellent communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA certification preferred; Procore or similar construction software experience a plus.
