Currently holds title of Superintendent
Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting commercial construction plans, drawings, and specifications
Good written and communication skills
Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Familiarity with construction/project management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
CPR/First Aid Certified
10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification
30-Hour OSHA (preferred)

Description
The Lead Superintendent is responsible for:
- Oversee and manage daily construction site activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and address issues to the Project Manager.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Profile
