Description
- Lead the preconstruction process, including budget development, scheduling, and scope management.

- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
- Analyze project risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Profile
A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:
