Senior Superintendent Commercial Construction

You will be responsible for running the construction project from start to finish while working with the Project Manager. You will be on site with support from an assistant superintendent in order to help deliver the project on time and on budget.

Description

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure compliance with project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation and reporting for progress and compliance.
• Identify and resolve project challenges and implement solutions proactively.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment among team members.

Profile

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience managing construction projects ranging from $10M-$50M in value
• ground up commercial project experience REQUIRED
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively..
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Clean background and drug screen REQUIRED
