Total Rewards Manager

The Senior Manager of Total Rewards will be a key member of our Human Resources department, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Description

  • This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies, as well as strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Compensation Management: Lead the design, analysis, and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and recognition
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the design, evaluation, and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Executive Compensation: Manage executive compensation programs, including equity-based incentives, deferred compensation, and executive benefits packages
  • Performance Management: Partner with HR Business Partners to integrate total rewards components into the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual performance
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytic and bench marking to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices in total rewards management

Profile

  • Advanced in ADP (strong working knowledge of system)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation and benefits
  • Experience with Workday, in particular the Benefits, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation Modules
  • Deep knowledge of compensation practices, including job evaluation, salary structures, and incentive plan design
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
