Estimator - Government Projects - Rockville, MD
Our client is seeking Estimators to join their dynamic preconstruction team. Whether you're an experienced professional or early in your career (2-5 years), this role offers the opportunity to contribute to some of the most exciting and impactful projects in the region.

Description
- Develop detailed estimates for large-scale public, government, and private-sector construction projects.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure comprehensive and accurate bid coverage.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine scope and cost.
- Manage budgets and timelines to align with project goals and client expectations.
- Support bid processes, ensuring timely submission and competitive pricing.
Profile
- Experience: 2-5 years in estimating, ideally with general contractors or subcontractors. Experience with government projects is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency with construction estimating software is preferred.
- Flexibility: Willing to learn and grow, with adaptability to a variety of project types.
- Education: Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
