Description

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily on-site operations for ground-up institutional and commercial projects ($100M-$300M+).

• Ensure all work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and material deliveries efficiently.

• Lead daily jobsite meetings and communicate with project management, design teams, and owners.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite in line with company standards.

• Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and maintain as-built documentation.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to track schedules, manpower, and milestones.

• Mentor and lead field staff while fostering a collaborative, team-first culture.

Profile

In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:

• 5-8+ years years of Superintendent experience (running ground up projects start to finish as superintendent)
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience)
• Project experience in one of their core markets: higher education, healthcare, commercial
• Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Ability to mulitask
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
