Description
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:
Oversee daily on-site operations for ground-up institutional and commercial projects ($100M-$300M+).
Ensure all work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and material deliveries efficiently.
Lead daily jobsite meetings and communicate with project management, design teams, and owners.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite in line with company standards.
Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and maintain as-built documentation.
Collaborate with Project Managers to track schedules, manpower, and milestones.
Mentor and lead field staff while fostering a collaborative, team-first culture.
Profile
In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:
- 5-8+ years years of Superintendent experience (running ground up projects start to finish as superintendent)
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience)
- Project experience in one of their core markets: higher education, healthcare, commercial
- Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Ability to mulitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
