Description
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned clients, building strong, trusted partnerships.
- Conduct proactive outreach to educate current and potential clients on available products and services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate client account information and prospect updates within the CRM system.
- Manage contract renewals, ensuring timely completion while maximizing revenue potential.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, tactics, and timelines.
- Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement across products and services.
- Identify and address churn risks by resolving customer challenges promptly.
- Analyze sales data to optimize territory strategy and performance.
- Maintain a client retention rate of 90% or higher.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and maintaining strong retention rates.
- Background in software, technology, media, publishing, or design-related markets preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with account and territory management strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
