Technology Support Analyst
The Technology Support Analyst will provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for a range of IT systems and applications, ensuring smooth operations for end-users. Description
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and application-related issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and tools.
- MUST have worked in a law firm environment.
- Respond to and resolve end-user inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Collaborate with the technology team to implement system upgrades and updates.
- Maintain and troubleshoot company devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Document support processes and maintain accurate records of incidents and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding IT security and data protection.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of technology resources.

Profile
A successful Technology Support Analyst should have:
- A strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and applications.
- MUST have worked in a law firm environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience with IT support tools and systems, such as ticketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with end-users.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
