Knowledge of public procurement processes and CMAR/design‑bid‑build delivery methods.
OSHA 30 certification and commitment to safety compliance on active school sites.
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with owners, architects, and school district stakeholders.
Skilled in quality control, punch‑list management, and project close‑out documentation.
Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.

Description
The successful Project Manager will:
- Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
- Lead from the front to maintain their positive office culture
- Creates and reviews project schedules
- Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
- Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
- Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred but relevant experience considered
- Experience leading and assisting on at least one K-12, and/or municipal construction projects
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
- Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
