This client specializes in interior renovations and floor build out for corporate offices, universities/schools, government facilities, labs, data centers, and other commercial buildings in various industries. Description

• Review MEP Scopes of Work and equipment pre-purchases for accuracy and completeness
• Assist in the development of the MEP Construction and Commissioning Schedule
• Enforce quality control policies and inspections on the MEP trade
• Assist bidding mechanical and electrical trades
• Manage Equipment Procurement process
• Develop MEP critical path schedule

Profile

• Bachelors Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering is preferred
• 5-10years of construction experience in engineering or similar field
• Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
