My client is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality systems, elevate process excellence, and guide a skilled QA team in the automotive sector. In this role, you'll shape quality strategy, drive continuous improvement, and act as a trusted partner to both customers and suppliers.

Description

• Own, lead, and continuously improve the company's quality management system
• Analyze production data to set measurable, impactful quality goals
• Apply dimensional measurement, SPC, and GD&T tools to maintain rigorous standards
• Lead, mentor, and elevate the Quality Assurance team
• Serve as the quality voice for customers and champion supplier quality performance

Profile

• 5-10 years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in IATF16949 and ISO9001 protocols.
• Hands‑on expertise with SPC, GD&T, and dimensional measurement tools
• Prior experience managing or mentoring quality teams
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field preferred
