- Own, lead, and continuously improve the company's quality management system
- Analyze production data to set measurable, impactful quality goals
- Apply dimensional measurement, SPC, and GD&T tools to maintain rigorous standards
- Lead, mentor, and elevate the Quality Assurance team
- Serve as the quality voice for customers and champion supplier quality performance
Profile
- 5-10 years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in IATF16949 and ISO9001 protocols.
- Hands‑on expertise with SPC, GD&T, and dimensional measurement tools
- Prior experience managing or mentoring quality teams
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field preferred
