Industrial Engineer | Aerospace
This Industrial Engineer role focuses on driving process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency across machining operations for aerospace components. It offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team and requires strong Lean/CI experience, CNC machining knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks. Client Details

Description
- Drive process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency across machining operations for aerospace components
- Conduct time studies and implement process revisions
- Lead Gemba walks and Kaizen events to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to optimize production processes
- Support capital projects and cost-reduction strategies
- Apply Lean/CI principles and CNC machining expertise
- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for engineering tasks
- Contribute to projects with measurable results in scrap reduction and cost savings
Profile
- Holds a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Brings experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement and CNC machining
- Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Has a track record of delivering measurable cost savings and process improvements
- Comfortable conducting time studies and leading Kaizen events
- Collaborative and eager to grow within a team-oriented environment
Job Offer
- $90,000 - $110,000 a year on base salary
