Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing new manufacturing processes
- Managing updates and modifications to existing manufacturing processes
- Creating cost comparisons and ROI calculations
- Partnering with quality teams to create control plans
- Providing training and support to personnel
- Troubleshooting techniques
- Document management
- Leading root cause analysis
Profile
The Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- 5-10+ years of hands-on experience
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Kaizen initiatives experience
- Leadership experience
- Strong continuous improvement and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing practices and processes
- Lean manufacturing experience
