Description
The key responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager :
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing healthcare and commercial projects.
- Handle project-related tasks such as RFIs, submittals, and scope management.
- Utilize Procore for project management.
- Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure timely completion of work.
Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in construction, preferably in healthcare or commercial sectors.
- Strong familiarity with Procore is required.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Job Offer
- Salary: $75K-$95K, based on experience.
- Health insurance, 401K, 2-3 weeks PTO.
