Description
- Manage full-cycle attorney recruiting, including lateral hiring, summer associate programs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber legal talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law schools, search firms, and professional organizations.
- Oversee the planning and execution of recruiting events, interviews, and candidate evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide detailed reports to guide decision-making.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in attorney recruitment, with campus recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage recruiting programs within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
