large General Contractor, based in Greensboro, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team! Upcoming projects within 50 miles of the Triad.
Focus on Commercial & Multifamily projects, ranging from $25M-$80M with a 90% being ground up work.

Description
Reporting into the VP of Construction, The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing all necessary project resources from start to finish on time and within budget in a highly collaborative environment.
- Review plans, specifications, and client requirements
- Managing personnel development.
- Communicating job expectations, enforcing policies & procedures, and managing & coaching employees.
- Provide administrative guidance to the Site Superintendents
- Being a strategic problem solver who can add value to our customer's projects.
- Coordinate correspondence between the design and construction team
- Managing budget and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
Profile
The successful Project Manager will have the following experience:
- 8+ years of construction experience (non negotiable).
- Experience in large ground up Commercial Projects
- Bachelors in Construction related field preferred but not required
- Knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and cost principles.
- Basic knowledge of project management Software
- A mature professional with excellent judgment.
- A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and intuitive interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines, and keen attention to detail
