We are seeking a Superintendent to lead and manage a renovation project in Roxbury, focusing on a $10M overhaul of 300 units, including window replacements, new exhaust fans, appliances, electrical work, and painting. This project requires a strong leader who can coordinate all aspects of the job, manage self-performing employees and subcontractors, and ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Description
Superintendent - Renovation and Restoration - Boston, MA - Responsibilities
- Oversee the renovation project, ensuring all aspects (windows, appliances, electrical, etc.) are completed on time and to specification.
- Manage and coordinate self-performing employees and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of organization to handle the coordination of multiple moving parts.
- Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and the project is compliant with all relevant codes and standards.

Job Offer
Superintendent - Renovation and Restoration - Boston, MA - Will receive
- Up to $135,000 salary, plus benefits including a gas card, 401(k), PTO, healthcare, and parking at the job site.
