We are seeking a Superintendent to lead and manage a renovation project in Roxbury, focusing on a $10M overhaul of 300 units, including window replacements, new exhaust fans, appliances, electrical work, and painting. This project requires a strong leader who can coordinate all aspects of the job, manage self-performing employees and subcontractors, and ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Superintendent - Renovation and Restoration - Boston, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee the renovation project, ensuring all aspects (windows, appliances, electrical, etc.) are completed on time and to specification.
• Manage and coordinate self-performing employees and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of organization to handle the coordination of multiple moving parts.
• Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and the project is compliant with all relevant codes and standards.

Profile

Superintendent - Renovation and Restoration - Boston, MA - Will have

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both internal teams and subcontractors.
• Experience in the construction trades, ideally having worked your way up through the trades.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Job Offer
