Office Manager
The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of a busy office within the financial services industry. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Manage office operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and staff.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are readily available.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the office setting.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office matters.

Profile
A successful Office Manager should have:
