Multifamily Construction Superintendent

As a Multifamily Superintendent for a mid sized general contractor, you will oversee and manage construction projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in construction management.

Description

• Manage and oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective practices are implemented.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards on-site.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
• Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout all project phases.
