Project Manager - TI/Renovation - Plymouth
The Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction and a detail-oriented approach to project management.

Description
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
- Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
- Estimate your own work and support preconstruction efforts
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Partner with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and project momentum
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and follow‑through
- Travel occasionally for day‑trip site visits (minimal overnight travel)
Profile
- 4-9+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial GC
- Experience running your own projects and estimating your own work
- Background in commercial interiors, ground‑up, or renovation projects
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Strong communication, collaboration, and client‑facing skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (Sage experience a plus)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong industry relationships
Job Offer
- $90,000-$120,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
