Superintendent - DC Metro - Large Scale Commercial Projects
Our client, a premier commercial general contractor based in Herndon, VA, is seeking experienced Superintendents to join their growing team. With over two decades of excellence in mid- and large-scale commercial projects, our client specializes in delivering high-quality work across base building, mission-critical, commercial interiors, multifamily, and capital improvement projects.

Description
- Manage daily operations for projects ranging from $10 million to $75 million, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, maintain strong on-site communication, and resolve project issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 safety standards and manage inspections to maintain a safe job site.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, RFIs, and change orders, while reporting progress to the project management team.
Profile
- Minimum of 5-15 years of field supervision experience, ideally as a superintendent in commercial construction.
- Extensive experience managing subcontractors and maintaining project timelines.
- Proven track record in mid- to large-scale base building and multi-family construction projects, with budgets ranging from $10M to $75M+.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, specifically OSHA 30, ensuring all site activities are compliant with industry standards.
- Proficiency in coordinating diverse project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of quickly addressing and resolving on-site issues.

- Competitive base salary for mid- to senior-level roles ($110k - $165k), depending on experience.
