Senior Project Manager - Federal Construction
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead a highly secure federal construction project in Central New Jersey. This role involves managing SCIF renovations and other Department of Defense projects from design through completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple federal construction projects up to $10M in value.
- Manage full project lifecycle: design coordination, estimating, subcontractor buyout, scheduling, and execution.
- Lead architecture and engineering teams during design-build phases.
- Ensure compliance with strict government standards and security protocols.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

Profile
The Successful Candidate
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in federal construction.
- Proven experience with Army Corps of Engineers, Navy, or other DoD projects.
- Strong background in design-build delivery and SCIF projects.
- U.S. Citizenship required; must pass background checks and obtain security clearance.
- Preferred certifications: CQM, CCM, PMP.
- Experience with occupied hospital renovations is a plus.
