Superintendent - High End Single Family - Jersey Shore

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead high-end, ground-up single-family residential projects along the New Jersey Shore. This role is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for ground-up luxury single-family residential projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain schedule and quality
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Maintain construction schedules and collaborate with project management on timelines and budgets
• Conduct inspections and quality control throughout all phases of construction
• Communicate effectively with ownership, project managers, inspectors, and clients
• Ensure timely completion of punch lists and final project closeout

Profile

The Successful Candidate

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up, high-end single-family residential projects
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex jobsite logistics
• Experience working on luxury or custom homes is strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Local to the Eatontown / Jersey Shore area
• OSHA certification and strong safety awareness preferred
