Description

• Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment on-site.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate execution.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Strong leadership, scheduling, and construction project management skills
• Experience overseeing on‑site activities, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
• Knowledge of OSHA and industry safety standards
• Ability to review and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities
• Proven experience supervising commercial construction sites
• Ability to collaborate professionally with multiple stakeholders
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or industry‑related education is a plus
• OSHA certifications preferred
