Description

  • Support two Project Managers on active multifamily and townhome projects, ensuring smooth coordination from groundbreaking through closeout.

  • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and document control to keep projects on track and well-organized.

  • Conduct regular site visits (VA/MD weekly; NC monthly) to support field teams, monitor progress, and help resolve on-site issues.

  • Work closely with the development team on early design, preconstruction planning, and upcoming project pipelines - including drawings, pricing, and feasibility work.

  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.

  • Maintain strong communication between project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and internal leadership.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-trust environment in a small team where each person has meaningful ownership and impact.

Profile

2+ years of experience as a PE or APM, ideally with hands-on exposure to ground-up multifamily projects. They're detail-oriented, organized, and proactive - someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and thrives in a small, tight-knit team.
