Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing a large-scale, high-profile construction project in Annapolis. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning to final delivery.

The Site Project Manager - Builder-Developer - Annapolis will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and maintain clear communication with team members and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and assist with their professional development.

Profile

The Site Project Manager - Builder-Developer - Annapolis will have the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within construction and development.
• Strong background in managing large-scale, multifamily, and/or mixed-use projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
